CIbSE is the leading research forum on Software Engineering in Iberoamerica. The main objectives of this conference is to promote high quality scientific research in iberoamerican countries, supporting the researchers in this community to publish and discuss their work, also fostering collaboration and cross-fertilization among research initiatives.
The CIbSE INDUSTRIAL TRACK was introduced last year to provide a specific forum for high quality submissions focused on industrial practice and applications of software engineering foundations, methods, practices, processes, and tools. Papers should represent experience reports or empirical work using diverse methods such as case study, ethnography, action-research. We welcome, in particular, results of partnerships between industry and academia in any topic related to Software Engineering. As the main goal of this track is to provide further insights into software engineering practice in industry, an extensive description of related work or background material is not required.
All topics of interest of the Software Engineering Track (SET) are also relevant for the INDUSTRIAL TRACK, as long as publications concernpractical experiencesin any field of enterprise and business.
